Return & Refund Policy – Glow Basket
- Return Eligibility Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items Used products Items damaged by the customer Personal care or hygiene products once opened
- Damaged or Wrong Product If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.
- Refund Process Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer.
- Shipping Charges Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or damaged item was delivered.
