Return & Refund Policy – Glow Basket 

  1. Return Eligibility Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items Used products Items damaged by the customer Personal care or hygiene products once opened 
  3. Damaged or Wrong Product If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.
  4. Refund Process Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer.
  5. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or damaged item was delivered.
