Shipping Policy


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Time

Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take 6–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.


Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional charge of ₹50.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your package.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@yourstore.com.


Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect details, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee. COD orders may be restricted for customers with repeated failed deliveries.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


Important Notes

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
